Red Rookie Redemption: An Exciting Twist on Bowman Cards
Bowman’s latest innovation puts it leagues above other competitors this baseball season. If you’re someone who loves tracking sports card prices, player performances, and watching for the perfect moment to sell, you’re going to love this new program.
The Bowman Red Rookie Redemption Program allows avid collectors to exchange certain 2025 Bowman rookie baseball cards (marked with a red RC) for Fanatics FanCash, with amounts increasing based on the achievements of that player:
- If your player wins Rookie of the Year, you get $100 if you choose to redeem it. If you are feeling lucky or really believe in the longer term upside of that player, you may choose to keep it and have the redemption value grow as they achieve different milestones throughout their career!
- If you hold your card and they win an MVP/Cy Young, you get $300 after redemption.
- If they win 2x MVP/Cy Young, you get $500 after redemption.
- If they win 3x MVP/Cy Young, that’s $700 after redemption.
- If you can hold on to your Bowman card until your player enters the Hall of Fame, you’ll get the ultimate prize of $1000 after redemption.
Lock in your pick for ROY and get rewarded for your fandom with the season’s most exciting drop, courtesy of Bowman.
Which Bowman sports card boxes are worth buying?
You can’t go wrong with a Baseball Jumbo Box, which features at least three guaranteed Chrome autos and rare inserts. This one is designed for the collectors who prize hits above all else. For a more classic Bowman experience, you can’t go wrong with the iconic Chrome hobby box.
Are Bowman cards worth anything?
Absolutely. Bowman has some of the most valuable pieces on the market, depending on the sport and lineup. Collectors will regularly pay thousands for PSA 9 and 10 pieces. If you think you have a valuable card on your hands, we recommend going for a PSA submission to evaluate it.
Is Bowman owned by Topps?
Yes. Topps acquired the Bowman brand in 1956. While Topps owns Bowman, the brand still retains its distinct, classic style, which fans know and love from its vintage era. You can learn more about sports card history and news on the Giant Sports Card blog.
