How Much Does Shipping Cost & What Does the Process Look Like?
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders $175 or more, which is quite easy to reach for many of our card boxes and cases. For orders under $175, there is a flat $7.95 shipping fee added to your order. All orders over $1,500 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your merchandise is protected. Orders weighing one pound or more OR costing $175 or more will ship UPS Ground. Orders weighing under one pound and costing less than $175 will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail. We have flat rates for expedited shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air is $29.95 additional and UPS Next Day Air can be added for $79.95. You will be presented with the option to upgrade shipping at checkout too! *Note: Saturday delivery is not standard with expedited shipping, so if you need this added, please email us immediately after placing your order to let us know and we will contact you to work it out.
All products are of Free on Board (FOB) origin (seller’s warehouse) unless we explicitly state otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, though we will assist however we can if there is ever an issue with a carrier delivery.
Regarding shipping times, we pride ourselves on quality packaging to protect your investment, while still providing the industry’s fastest turnarounds on shipping. Any order placed by 1 PM EST will ship out that same business day. The only exception to this is for presale items – those will ship within one business day of the final release date set by the manufacturer (though 99% of the time these will ship no later than the actual day of release).
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address we have on file when your order ships. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well if you don’t see it. If you still have issues and cannot find tracking info, email email@example.com and make sure to include your order number and date of purchase with your request.
What Does Your Refund and Return Policy Look Like?
We don’t offer refunds for boxes that don’t meet the manufacturer’s average insertion/hit ratios. You can rest assured that all products we sell are factory sealed, unsearched and of the highest integrity. However, there can still be rare instances where a manufacturer makes a mistake and includes slightly less (or more) hits or inserts than stated in their box average numbers.
In regards to returns, all sales are final due to the volatility and fluctuating prices in the market. If the price of a product increases immediately after you purchase it, we will never try and increase your price. Conversely, if the price of a product decreases after you purchase it, we will not give a refund for the difference. This applies to pre-sale items as well.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Due to fluctuating prices in the market, we do not generally accept order cancellations. If a buyer ever must cancel an order, they will be charged 20% of the sale price of the product(s) being canceled to cover the damages equal to the profit, including reasonable overhead, that the seller would have received if the buyer performed their obligation.
Do Release Dates for Pre-Sales Change?
It is not uncommon for Panini, Topps, and other manufacturers to adjust their release dates of products from time to time. This is out of our control and the release schedule is subject to change. However, we can still almost always get presale purchases shipped out the day the product is released by the manufacturer.
How Can I View Your Live Breaks?
We do one Pick Your Team Giant Break each month, consisting of a mixer of 15-20 boxes and always livestream to our Facebook Group and to our YouTube channel, so please make sure to join our Facebook group and subscribe to our YouTube channel and make sure your notifications are turned on. If you’re unable to watch a break live, the video of the break can be found on our Facebook Group page shortly after the break is over and can be found on our YouTube channel the following day.
