Pre-Orders
Do Release Dates For Pre-Sales Change?
It is not uncommon for Panini, Topps, and other manufacturers to adjust their release dates of products from time to time. This is out of our control, and the release schedule is subject to change. However, we can still almost always get pre-sale purchases shipped out the day the product is released by the manufacturer.
Do You Carry Newly Released Hobby Boxes?
We do! We work directly with your favorite sports card manufacturers to ensure you can get the latest hobby boxes on day 1. From Topps sports cards to Panini cards, we’ve got it all. New releases are hard to find in stores, so we recommend pre-ordering them on our website to secure your spot.
How Can I Keep Track of New Card Releases?
Our sports card release calendar is the only resource you need when tracking down new releases. We love sports cards as much as you do, and we go the extra mile to maintain this up-to-date calendar. If a release is delayed, you’ll see it here ASAP.
PSA Dealers & Card Grading
How Can I Get My Sports Cards Graded?
Giant Sports Cards is a certified PSA dealer. If you’re in the Atlanta area, you can bring your cards to our local card shop, and we’ll take care of the entire grading process for you, from filling out the forms to shipping and receiving your graded sports cards. Working with a certified PSA dealer gives you access to faster turnaround times and the confidence of knowing that your valuable cards are safe and secure.
Do You Offer Insurance on Grading Shipments?
Despite the near-zero chances of shipping issues, we know that shipping your prized sports trading cards off for grading can be a nerve-wracking thought. All submissions through us are covered by up to $100,000 in insurance.
Does Your Store Grade Cards?
No. Just like any other certified PSA dealer, we do not grade your cards ourselves. We help clients submit their cards (both singles and in bulk) to the PSA for grading. Since we’re certified dealers, the PSA prioritizes our submissions, which means a faster grading process for you.

Our store is the ultimate collector’s sanctuary. In addition to our many hobby boxes, you can also browse over 50+ pieces of authentic autographed memorabilia – and that’s not all. From the luxury VIP lounge with free snacks to a 100” TV to watch your favorite matches, you won’t want to leave.
Do Sports Card Stores Clean Cards?
We generally do not clean cards. However, we can prepare your submitted cards for a minor fee.
Do You Offer Local Pickup?

Shipping & Returns
How Much Does Shipping Cost & What Does The Process Look Like?
We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders $199 or more, which is quite easy to reach for many of our card boxes and cases. For orders under $199, there is a flat $9.95 shipping fee added to your order. All orders over $1,500 will require a signature upon delivery to ensure your merchandise is protected. Orders weighing one pound or more OR costing $199 or more will ship UPS Ground. Orders weighing under one pound and costing less than $199 will ship via USPS 1st Class Mail.
We offer flat rates for expedited shipping: UPS 2nd Day Air is $39.95 additional, and UPS Next Day Air can be added for $89.95. You will be presented with the option to upgrade shipping at checkout. *Note: Saturday delivery is not standard with expedited shipping, so if you need this added, please email us immediately after placing your order to let us know and we will contact you to work it out.
All products are of Free on Board (FOB) origin (seller’s warehouse) unless we explicitly state otherwise. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, though we will assist however we can if there is ever an issue with a carrier delivery.
Regarding shipping times, we pride ourselves on quality packaging to protect your investment while still providing the industry’s fastest turnarounds on shipping. Any order placed by 1 PM EST will ship out that same business day. The only exception to this is for pre-sale items – those will ship within one business day of the final release date set by the manufacturer (though 99% of the time, these will ship no later than the actual day of release).
Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address we have on file when your order ships. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well if you don’t see it. If you still have issues and cannot find tracking info, email steven@giantsportscards.com and make sure to include your order number and date of purchase with your request.
What Does Your Refund And Return Policy Look Like?
We don’t offer refunds for boxes that don’t meet the manufacturer’s average insertion/hit ratios. You can rest assured that all products we sell are factory-sealed, unsearched, and of the highest integrity. However, there can still be rare instances where a manufacturer makes a mistake and includes slightly fewer (or more) hits or inserts than stated in their box average numbers.
In regards to returns, all sales are final due to the volatility and fluctuating prices in the market. If the price of a product increases immediately after you purchase it, we will never try and increase your price. Conversely, if the price of a product decreases after you purchase it, we will not give a refund for the difference. This applies to pre-sale items, as well.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Due to fluctuating prices in the market, we do not generally accept order cancellations. If a buyer ever must cancel an order, they will be charged 20% of the sale price of the product(s) being canceled to cover the damages equal to the profit, including reasonable overhead, that the seller would have received if the buyer performed their obligation.
