Q: How are you able to offer such low prices?

A: We have many direct buying relationships and purchase a very high volume of product each month through these relationships. We understand a lot of the products in the hobby are much more than they used to be in years past since the market is so hot. We are happy to sacrifice some margin on our end to help make things a little more affordable for the true collectors out there. All we ask in return is for you to tell all of your friends about us so they can save some money too!  


Q: What is the best way to contact you?

A: Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page. We pride ourselves on our service and will respond to you within one business day.


Q: How can I view your live breaks?

We always livestream to our Facebook Group and to our YouTube channel, so please make sure to join our Facebook group and subscribe to our YouTube channel and make sure notifications are turned on. If you’re unable to watch a break live, the video of the break can be found on our Facebook Group page shortly after the break is over and can be found on our YouTube channel the following day.


Q: How do I redeem a gift card?

A: Simply enter the gift card number during the checkout process to apply the gift card towards the balance due. 

 

Q: Do you offer any discounts on large orders or to other dealers/breakers?

A: Please fill out the form on the Contact Us page and we can review your situation. Sometimes, but not always, we can find a way to help through our VIP buyer program.

 

Q: If I purchase a product during a presale, is there a chance the release date can change?

A: Yes. It is not uncommon for Panini and Topps to adjust their release dates of product from time to time. This is out of our control and the release schedule is subject to change. However, we can almost always get presale purchases shipped out within one business day of the product actually releasing from the manufacturer. 

 

Q: If I purchase a product during presale and the price changes, will the amount I am charged change?

A: No. Whatever rate you purchase at during presale is the rate that you will pay. Even if a product goes up 50% by the time of release, you are locked in at the rate you agree to when you purchase the product. 

 

Q: Do you offer refunds if a box doesn’t provide the box average number of hits?

A: We don’t offer refunds for boxes that don’t meet the manufacturers average insertion/hit ratios. You can rest assured 100% that all products we sell are factory sealed and unsearched. However, there can still be rare instances where a manufacturer messes up and includes slightly less (or more) hits or inserts than stated in their box average numbers. 

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: All sales are final due to the volatility and fluctuating prices in the market. If the price of a product increases immediately after you purchase it, we will never try and increase your price. Conversely, if the price of a product decreases after you purchase it, we will not give a refund for the difference. 

 

Q: Can I cancel an order?

A: Due to fluctuating prices in the market, we do not generally accept order cancelations. If a buyer ever must cancel an order, they will be charged 20% of the sale price of the product(s) being canceled to cover the damages equal to the profit, including reasonable overhead, that the seller would have received if the buyer performed their obligation. 

 

Q: How much do you charge for shipping and what are the standard services?

A: We offer FREE UPS Ground Shipping for all orders $175+. For orders under $175, there is a flat $7.95 shipping fee added. All orders over $1,500 will also be sent with Signature Required. Orders weighing 1lb or more or $175 or more will ship UPS Ground. Orders weighing under 1lb and under $175 will ship USPS 1st Class Mail. 

 

Q: Is your shipping FOB origin or destination?

Unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing, all products are FOB origin (seller’s warehouse). Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, though we will assist however we can if there is ever an issue with a carrier delivery.

 

Q: What is your turnaround on shipping? 

A: We pride ourselves on quality packaging to protect your investment, while still providing quick turnarounds on shipping. Any order placed by 1pm EST will ship out no later than the following business day. There are times it will ship the same business day, but will never be later than the next business day. The only exception to this is for presale items – those will ship within one business day of the final release date set by the manufacturer. 

 

Q: How can I track the shipping for my order?

A: Your tracking number will be automatically emailed to the email address we have on file when your order ships. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well if you don’t see it. If you still have issues and cannot find tracking info, email dj@giantsportscards.com and make sure to include your order number and date of purchase with your request.
